Guide for Prevention of Family Abuse

Our Guide for Prevention of Family Abuse provides you with some information how to help identify a victim of abuse - female, male, child, teenager, elderly person of any diversity.

It describes how to open a dialogue with a victim in a "safe" way but never approach the perpetrator.  To have guidance how to commence a conversation, to not judge the victim but to trust and listen. It describes what to say and what not to say.

The third part is about referral of the victim to 000 if emergency or one of the many support organisations around Australia.

Please download and read our Guide for Prevention of Family Abuse.  It can be applied to male or female of any age and diversity.
